PETITION MONDIALE "APPEL POUR FUKUSHIMA" GLOBAL PETITION "APPEAL FOR FUKUSHIMA" ŚWIATOWA PETYCJA "APEL W SPRAWIE FUKUSHIMY"

Considérant la Déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme, selon laquelle :

- Article premier : Tous les êtres humains naissent libres et égaux en dignité et en droits. Ils sont doués de raison et de conscience et doivent agir les uns envers les autres dans un esprit de fraternité

- Article 3 : Tout individu a droit à la vie, à la liberté et à la sûreté de sa personne.

Considérant la situation actuelle de la centrale nucléaire de Fukushima Daiichi qui met en danger la population japonaise et le reste du monde,

Et considérant l’incapacité de la compagnie Tepco et du gouvernement japonais à gérer la situation,

Nous, peuples de la Terre, nous adressons à l’ONU, à l’OMS, ainsi qu’à toutes les organisations internationales et à nos gouvernements. Nous demandons :

1. La mise en place d’une équipe internationale et interdisciplinaire ayant autorité pour prendre en charge la gestion de la centrale de Fukushima Daiichi et de ses conséquences, placée sous mandat de l’ONU. 

2. La création d’une cellule de crise au sein de l’ONU, chargée de mettre en place toutes les mesures nécessaires pour protéger la population japonaise, à quelque prix que ce soit.

Nous sommes des êtres humains, nés libres et égaux. Avec raison et conscience, nous agissons dans un esprit de fraternité. Nous nous inquiétons pour la vie, la liberté et la sureté de nos frères japonais et de nos enfants.

GLOBAL PETITION "APPEAL FOR FUKUSHIMA"

Considering the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states:

- Article 1 : All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.

- Article 3 : Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Considering the current situation of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, which endangers the Japanese population and the rest of the world,

And considering the inability of the utility TEPCO and the Japanese government to manage the situation,

We, the peoples of the Earth, appeal to the UN, WHO and all international organizations and governments. We ask:

1. The establishment of an international, interdisciplinary team with authority to take over management of the plant in Fukushima Daiichi and its consequences, under a UN mandate. 

2. The establishment of a crisis team within the UN responsible for implementing all measures necessary to protect the Japanese people at any price whatsoever.

We are human beings born free and equal. With reason and conscience, we act in a spirit of brotherhood. We are concerned for the life, liberty and security of our Japanese brothers and our children.
